Shirasu (one kind of Sardine's fry) are caught in Morozaki, Aich pref. We cooked

Shirasu to boiled fish in soy sauce in same day right after catch.

We made with taking care of soft texture and gentle sweet.

Fresh Kounago are caught in Aichi pref. ,Morozaki area, and we use fresh Kounago soon after catch to boiled fish in soy sauce in same day. It has distinctive deep taste.

Kounago has been popular and is called "Kugi-ni" from the old days in Japan.
